勞工與公司可以說是互相依存的關係,公司藉由勞工的辛勤工作增加獲利,勞工也因為公司的穩定經營能夠領得生活所需的薪資與獎金。近年來勞工法令制度有諸多的調整修改,唯有不斷留意相關法令的規定,才不致於因為違反規定而衍伸出勞資的爭議。
又勞資爭議一般會先透過勞資爭議的調解程序讓雙方有協談的機會,如果無法達成一致的協議,則可以向勞工法庭起訴請求法院作出判決。
